Delivery Information

Delivery Area
FlowerDallas, a  Dallas area florist, can deliver flowers to almost 100% of the United States and Canada through our network of member florists..  

We directly deliver to Frisco, Plano, The Colony, Allen, North Dallas, Little Elm, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison and Mckinney and Richardson

Floral delivery time
We will ensure all Standard deliveries are made between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. for all business addresses, 10 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for residential addresses. Delivery fee includes one delivery attempt. Additional delivery attempts due to availability of recipient during above stated delivery hours or incorrect address information may incur an additional delivery fee. We do not offer same-day delivery on some arrangements that use unique flowers or plants — such as exotics — due to the limited availability of these flowers and plants.

Scheduling deliveries
FlowerDallas can guarantee delivery on a specific day, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during the day. On some occasions, the recipient may be called to ensure delivery on the date requested.

Delivery confirmation
FlowerDallas guarantees delivery of fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality specialty gifts that the recipient is sure to enjoy. Delivery confirmation is automatic via supplied email address during checkout or telephone order if an email address is given. Confirmations usually occur within two hours of delivery.

For deliveries outside of our direct delivery area automatic delivery confirmation is not available.

It is possible an email confirmation will be returned undeliverable for various reasons. If you have not received an email confirmation during normal floral delivery time please feel free to complete the delivery confirmation form or call 866-712-8881 for more information. We will respond  by e-mail or telephone. Please allow 24 hours after receipt of delivery for confirmation during holidays.

Everyday Occasion Orders
When placing your order, please identify the date upon which it is to be delivered. Same-day deliveries are accepted; please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

United States and Canada

• Monday through Friday: Orders placed before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on the next available delivery day. Orders for delivery in Frisco, Plano, The Colony and McKinney Texas may be placed as late as 3:00 pm.
  
• Saturday: Orders placed before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on the next available delivery date.
  
• Sunday: Sunday delivery is not normally available. Please call (866) 712-8881 no later than 4 pm the preceding Saturday to determine availability.
  

Holiday Occasion Orders
Since holidays are busy times at FlowerDallas it's important to place your order early. Prior to certain holidays, we'll post specific delivery schedules.

Funeral Orders
If your order is for a funeral service and requires delivery at a specific time of day:
 

• Monday Morning Delivery - order by Sunday at 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone.
  
• Morning Delivery Tuesday - Saturday - order by 3:00 PM in the recipient's time zone on the day before.
  
• Afternoon Delivery Monday - Saturday - orders must be placed with a 4 hour lead time.
  
• Sunday Delivery is available in some areas. Please call (866) 712-8881 to determine availability.
  

Exotic Flower & Plant Orders
Exotic flowers and plants are available for delivery Monday through Saturday. Same-day delivery is not available on exotic items, and orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the recipient's time zone and by 12:00 noon on Saturday to ensure delivery on the next available day.

General Orders: Next Business Day

• International deliveries can be made the next business day when you place your order by 2:00 PM Central Time.
  
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday can be delivered the following Monday.
  
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time on Saturday or anytime on Sunday can be delivered the following Tuesday.
  

RECIPIENT UNAVAILABILITY

Floral orders
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, the florist will either:

• leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to call the floral shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery, or
  
• leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door, stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf
  

Note: If the recipient works during the day, the florist can deliver the bouquet to the recipient's office. Also, the florist may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

Note: Recipient unavailability due to travel, vacation or other factors that prevent  delivery within two days or permanently are the responsibility of the sender. No refunds may be given once delivery has been attempted. Please cancel or reschedule delivery 24 hours prior to  delivery date.

Premium Delivery
Select Premium delivery if you require an absolute guarantee of delivery before a specific  time. Otherwise FlowerDallas will ensure all Standard deliveries are made between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. for all business addresses.:

• Premium delivery must be requested at least two hours before the specified delivery time.
• In the rare event FlowerDallas  is unable to deliver the arrangement within 15 minutes of the specified delivery time a $25 refund will be granted.
  
• The recipient must have been available to accept the arrangement in order to qualify for a refund.
