Placing your first order

Placing an order with Flowerdallas.com Dallas area florists is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online.

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. a keyword search box is located on the left side column of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the left side navigation column. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including prices and companion products.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Flowerdallas.com, click the "Buy Now" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the View Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Add to Saved Cart" button next to the title. The item will move from your current Shopping Cart to the "Saved Items--To Buy Later" list below. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "View Cart" or "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

Enter your Name, e-mail address, and password to indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Continue" button. If you are a returning customer enter your original email address and password and click the "Sign in" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.)

View Shopping Cart Contents

Check the "Deliver to Multiple Addresses Checkbox" in order to deliver arrangements to multiple addresses. You'll be given a chance to add a personal message and delivery instructions later. Enter any coupon codes you may have and click "apply" before clicking "Checkout".

Enter Delivery Address

Tell us where you would like to deliver your arrangements. You can select previously entered addresses or create new ones. Select and address for each arrangement. If multiple arrangements are to be delivered to the same address no extra delivery fees will apply to that address beyond the standard delivery fee.

Enter Delivery Information

For each delivery address enter your special message for the recipient, select the delivery date for each address and any special instructions that will help us to deliver the arrangement

Select a Payment Method

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards and gift certificates. All orders must be prepaid.

Enter or Select a Billing Address

Enter your billing address for the method of payment you intend to use or select a previously entered address.

Enter Payment Information and Submit Your Order

Enter any gift certificate codes you may have and your payment information. Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Complete Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

Holiday Orders

Due to the high volume of orders placed for holidays, it is imperative that your order be placed 48 hours prior to the holiday delivery date to ensure delivery. Orders placed after this time frame are not guaranteed delivery prior to the holiday, and will most likely be delivered the next following business day.

Fraudulent or Unverifiable Orders

We reserve the right to reject orders processed with us that we feel questionable or fraudulent. Periodically we compare orders and the information provided to us with the banking institution of the customer whom has placed the order. If we determine fraudulent information has been provided we will notify the sender to inform them, and determine if the information has-been provided in error or if fraudulent use of their credit card has been attempted. Fraudulent orders will be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Recipients are notified of these fraudulent acts.
