Returns and Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our business. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an acceptable replacement or refund. Should you have a need to cancel a placed order, cancellation requests must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery of the order. Cancellation requests due to incomplete addresses causing delay, recipient's refusal of the delivery, recipient not at delivery address or duplicate orders will not be honored. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
